When we believe in Jesus Christ, we do not believe in a non-existent person nor do we follow a disproved theory. We believe in someone real, Who is risen from the dead and thus alive as He Himself said to John “And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:17-18).

Christ is neither a philosopher nor a mystic. He was not a prophet nor a former sinner who has now become a saint. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and His teaching is the Gospel: the absolute truth. You can inquire about this and verify it so that you may believe with all of your heart and receive what your faith will secure: life, love, peace, healing and happiness.You may say, “I can read the Gospel and be informed about His life, His birth, His conduct, His miracles, His crucifixion, His resurrection, and even His ascension. Yet how can I verify that He lives, that He sees me and hears me and answers me?” I can tell you simply, “Ask for Him and you shall find Him.” If you have been informed that one of your long lost family members lives and resides in a certain city, what would you do? Would you not ask for him? Would you not write? Would you not call and ask for details? If you were given the exact address and telephone number, what would you do? Locating your family member would then be easy.

Jesus Christ Himself said, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened” (Matthew 7:7-8).

In other words, our Lord simplifies things with the simplest reasoning. Knock on His door and He will open, ask for Him and you will find Him. Ask Him whatever you want and He will give it to you. Enter your room, close your door, kneel down and say to Him “My Christ, if you are risen and alive, answer me and prove to me that you see and hear me.”

Leave the rest up to Jesus Christ Himself, and He will reveal Himself to you in a way that will absolutely convince you that it is He Who has answered and it is not some coincidence. It is necessary for you to believe in Christ, to be saved and to change your life, so that you may enjoy all the promises written in His Testament, the Gospel, the most joyful news for you and every person. You will be given new birth. You will communicate with the heavenly Father through the name of our Savior Jesus Christ and you will continue to ask whatever you want and you shall receive, according to the Words of Christ written in the Gospel, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you” (John 15:16).

although i am a hindu, i have no douts about christ. his kindness and power to forgive is real. and his teachings are very much valid and benefitial. he actualy wanted to serv the humanity and he did it. i have been fortunate enough to have read some parts of the byble, and they have touched my hart.

I am a catholic and of course I believe in Jesus Christ, the son of God. He redeemed us from our sins.

I DO BELIEVE IN CHRIST !! And Im very Blessed that I DO!
In fact, I accepted HIM as my savior and my Lord.

Actually, i was a born a catholic. I was baptised as a catholic when i was still zero (0) year old and can hardly choose whether to accept the faith or not. So u may say that i did not choose to follow Christ but my parents did it for me. Hmmm.. Quite true huh! But then as i grow old and started to understand the faith, my parents gave me the freedom to choose. I may say its the same freedom our God gave to us too, it is called FREEWILL. So during my teen years i became curious and began to see other religions. And no matter where i go, its only when i am with CHRIST that i feel very complete and very peaceful and very joyful. For so many times i felt HIS presence in my everyday lives. Im not very good in Bible Verses, i know only a few (mostly are my favorites only), but what i treasure most is my PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with JESUS. I truly believe in HIM cuz of all the graces and mercy HE gave me i was able to live LIFe and be who i am right now.

I am a believer in Christ as well. Though many try to dispute his very existence, the fact is that there is more proof that Jesus died on the cross and rose again then there is that Julius Ceaser even existed, which almost nobody would dispute!

No, i don't believe in Christian. I don't believe in all religion (not only Christian) that God can die and resurrect. God don't need to die just to save human. God can't be die to worshiped by me.God must have absolute power( mean don't died) to make me believe his creation.

Yes Chit2Chat! God possesses an absolute power. HE is knocking on your heart everyday.
But u have to ask yourself, maybe u're just not too ready to recognize HIM.

HE will not force you to believe in HIM but HE will provide you with graces to choose.
Whatever u decide, HE will accept. Its just so sad cuz u will miss HIS greater gifts for you.

Ok, I'm a Catholic and I believed Him too, but WHAT IF we all lived there the same time as Jesus. Will you believe Him? Looking to the social condition of the people there, Jesus considered as an extremely radical figure.

I believe in Christ as my Lord and personal Saviour. I believe He died for my sins, has risen from the death and now preparing a place for me in my Father's home.

If only people knew the difference between Jesus and Christ!!
The Christ figure is older than Jesus by more than 1000 years, if someone is not aware. I do not wish to elaborate a lot on this issue, since I see a lot of devout Christians here who have accept 'Christ' as their savior (rather than Jesus!) but I think it is always a wise decision to follow the teachings of Jesus - especially LOVE!

I believe in Christ, and I also believe that every single one of us could learn something from what He has done, and what He has taught us.
Anyone who looks in a bible can see what sort of amazing things He did, and would probably agree with me that He did it all for us.
