yup i'm Choosing my own religion.
before i really believe in my religion.
i belief in Atheism coz i believe in science. but, there is something science cannot answer
so im back to my religion coz it answered all my question..

I'm not sure about that... it's really difficult to see a larger picture when religion truth are one of the first things your parents are teaching you. It's like supporting the team your father is supporting because when you are born he started to bring you at the stadium letting you know who were your "brothers" and who were the "enemies". It's not something you really choose even if you think you did... most of the people are supporting the team of their city because they are born in that group of supporters. Than sure you can choose another team, but why should you? It's so nice to support a team that all your friends are supporting. well... i think the analogy is just not relevant, Alnitak... what I mean by nobody's born with a certain religion is that religion is something that we choose, not something that come from the birth of a child, like race, like skin color, like, hair color... which came with us when we're borned. But religion is not something like that. Babies cannot talk and cannot think and cannot feel about any religion, but they are born with the race...

I see, but as soon as you are born your conscience is influenced by your parents and the environment you are born in. So it's almost like what we learn when we are so little we can't forget for our entire life and it's almost like even religion is part of us even if we don't like it anymore.

Sure I can change religion if I want to but I'll never forget the prayers I've learned as a child and there are some countries where people are brainwashed with religion and in this case I think it's almost like being born with it...

i believe that one of legacy given by our parent is religion. but since we grow up we can conduct comparison among available religions...by doing my personal research i believe that God Himself is Love and love is the greatest power in this world i learned that Bible is amazing book. it consist of prophecies and how they really happened even many hundred years after the prophecies made...that's why i keep christian as my religion

not only the bible can really predict those things that have happened already in the past. but it predicts what will happen on the future like how the world will going to end. and so forth. and it is really amazing the amount of knowledge and wisdom that we can really get from the bible. and it is really great to be born in christian religion cause we get to know and learn the bible. but there are some people from other religion who were so impacted by the bible though they came from non christian religion and just became a christian after reading a bible. that is really one good thing that people get really converted by the power of the word of GOd.

so it is more like culture and language. you are not born with a certain language, but your brain absorb the idea of it when you were in the golden age, so that you feel like you borned with it. it is asy for some people to learn language too, but he/she never forget the mother language... so is the mother's religion. is that what are tying to say, Alnitak? I am just trying to get the idea...

the prophecies that in the last days that there will be more earth quakes there will be more wars. there will be confusion in this world. i think those things had happened already. and there are still some future prophecies that are written in the bible like that in the last time there will be only one currency in the world and one government globally and that men will be more lovers of themselves. anyways, i think that it is not yet that evident yet. but i really don't want to live in those age. hopefully it will not happen in my lifetime.

i'm babtised when i was a baby as a catholic. but now, it's okay for me. i like this religion too and if i must choose by myself, i'll choose catholic too as my religion
