Default How do u give your BEST SHOT during Job Interview?

Earning a college degree is kinda' tough making graduation an exhilirating
event for all of us. Its like a stress-relief day feeling! All professionals came to experience that. But noticed that every graduation speech will tell u "this day is just a beginning...." Then we asked, A BEGINNING OF WHAT??? hehehe..

Well, its true my friend! Because after that we will go through the hardship of
finding a JOb and going through an Interview! AT one time in Your life u felt very happy for passing the Job examination Test. But the Interview came and all the happiness was turned to Sadness. Then u asked, why? how did it happened??
Hmmm.. Maybe U just didnt give ur Best SHot during Job Interview!..

And how do we give our Best SHOT during our Job Interview??
Well, for me I just be myself. I review my technical knowledge and i will come
as my real self. I will bring honesty, humility, and hope. Honesty meaning i am ready to tell them what i do know and what i dont know. Humility meaning i am ready to tell them that i am willing to learn those things i do not know. Hope meaning i am ready to accept the fact that i may not be given the job but i am hopeful that somehow the job will be given to me instead.

How about u??

A very brief and simple pointers you stated which I agree would be an effective way to pass an interview. Some other pointers that I would like to add - maintain an an eye to eye contact with your interviewer, speak with confidence and just say what you know never ashame to admit if you don't know something about what is being asked but tell your interviewer that you are a fast learner and you are willing to learn. Of course, we should be prepared to make some research about the company and say what good could you contribute to the company.

Before the interview ends, some interviewers would ask you if you have any questions. One big mistake I made during my first interviews after graduation was asking 'how much would I get paid'. That's a turn-off from the employers. That's the reason I think that I did not get through to the other series of interviews before. Because there will be time for negotiations. But for fresh graduates, most employers would give you an offer that you either accept or reject and without negotiations.

So it's better to avoid asking about sallary on job interview
Didn't they ask us first how much do you want to be paid?
Then we must accept sallary just like that

The important thing not to forget is confidence, it show up in your face when entering interview, handle those question. Also we must brave enough to negotiate our salary. Most good company allow such conversation and don't get offended by our question about salary.

You hit the nail on the head Lily. Being honest is one of the most important things in a job interview. If you present yourself as something you are not, you may not be able to perform up to their expectations.

Yup, especially when you are a newly graduate you still don't have any bargaining power. Either you will accept the offer or not. No, they won't ask you how much you want to get paid. Unless you already gained experience and can dictate how much you would want to get paid since you already have the skills and knowledge.

it is important to be well prepared. and to be relaxed and we should really have eye contact. and we should sit straight. and body postures is really important on job interviews. you don't want to be caught with your glancing in every corner of the room like you are not interested on the job. you must give an aura that you are happy and quite happy to be interviewed and that you are not scared.

For me the interview trick is just be honest to your self, and always listening to the topic that interviewer talk about, look in the eye, give him/her attention, make an impression that you're listening and interesting to the topic, give the opinion based on your knowledge, don't be such a smart one even if you are, humble is the best but still confident.

Glancing every corner of the room and not maintaining an eye contact to the interviewer would mean that you are not confident about the interview and most likely you won't make a very good impression and better luck on your next interview.
