Well, its true my friend! Because after that we will go through the hardship of
finding a JOb and going through an Interview! AT one time in Your life u felt very happy for passing the Job examination Test. But the Interview came and all the happiness was turned to Sadness. Then u asked, why? how did it happened??
Hmmm.. Maybe U just didnt give ur Best SHot during Job Interview!..
And how do we give our Best SHOT during our Job Interview??
Well, for me I just be myself. I review my technical knowledge and i will come
as my real self. I will bring honesty, humility, and hope. Honesty meaning i am ready to tell them what i do know and what i dont know. Humility meaning i am ready to tell them that i am willing to learn those things i do not know. Hope meaning i am ready to accept the fact that i may not be given the job but i am hopeful that somehow the job will be given to me instead.
How about u??

A very brief and simple pointers you stated which I agree would be an effective way to pass an interview. Some other pointers that I would like to add - maintain an an eye to eye contact with your interviewer, speak with confidence and just say what you know never ashame to admit if you don't know something about what is being asked but tell your interviewer that you are a fast learner and you are willing to learn. Of course, we should be prepared to make some research about the company and say what good could you contribute to the company.
Before the interview ends, some interviewers would ask you if you have any questions. One big mistake I made during my first interviews after graduation was asking 'how much would I get paid'. That's a turn-off from the employers. That's the reason I think that I did not get through to the other series of interviews before. Because there will be time for negotiations. But for fresh graduates, most employers would give you an offer that you either accept or reject and without negotiations.
