Default "Geek" and "Nerd"
Well, on your opinion what is the difference of a "geek" and a "nerd" ?
Do they have the same meaning but just different spelling ? or what ?

I guess "nerd" is only an offensive thing like calling someone a loser but "geek" could also mean someone that really likes internet, PCs and all this kind of things without an offensive meaning.

nice alnitak, on my opinion a geek is someone who's insane enough to do something stupid - for example, have 100 piercing for every place on their body..
A nerd is someone who knows only study and use modern technology, and usually weak in sports...

these two words has different meanings I think.nerd means some one has low intelligence,but geek means some one who has normal intelligence,but has unusual action.I think that is the difference.

Geeks is more in the technological direction
