With Chat Life’s new outbound calling service you can configure your account to record calls. That’s right, if you have an important call to make that needs recording then Chat Life can provide that for you.
 

Please remember to check your country pacific laws on recording calls and wether or not you need to notify the called party that you are recording them.

Once the call has been recorded you can then download the call to your desktop and playback the call using windows media player or anyother compatiable media player.

Call recording is very simple and you can switch it on and off at the flick if a button on your control panel. Please remember that if you are recording a lot of calls your archived recordings maybe removed from our server to preserve data space. For safe keeping and the prevention of deletion we recommend that you download and backup the call to your PC.
