This is a fantasic and surprisingly simple service to use. You have two boxes in the control panel. Source and Destination, in the source box you would enter your telephone number and in the destionation box you enter the number that you would like to call this box however can be left bank.

If you enter the source number as your mobile number and enter the number of the person you wish to call in the destination box then our network will first place a call to your handset or landline and then once answered it will place a call to the destination number.

If you don’t enter a number in the destination box then when the system calls you it will prompt you to enter the number of the person you wish to call.

A great feature if you need to make a call and pop out at the same time or even if something goes wrong with your software or hardware phone you can still make calls, although it is important to note that you are charged for two calls, one to your handset of landline and the second to the dialled party. However, with such fantastic rates there should be little difference.
